How to properly clean and maintain an outdoor camping fan?

1. Surface dust removal and protective cover cleaning
Wipe the outer shell and bracket of the outdoor camping fan with a dry or slightly damp cloth to prevent moisture from penetrating into the motor. Some outdoor camping fans support tool-free disassembly, and you can use a soft brush or toothpick to clean the dust in the mesh gaps. If you encounter stubborn stains, you can spray a neutral detergent on the stains, let it sit for a few minutes, and then gently wipe it with a scouring pad to avoid corrosion of the protective mesh coating. When cleaning the fan blades, you can unscrew the fixing screws and take out the fan blades, soak them in warm soapy water, and use a toothbrush or cotton swab to remove the dust in the corners. If outdoor conditions are limited, you can use portable wet wipes to wipe. Be careful not to directly rinse the motor area when cleaning, and you can use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to wipe the interface to prevent oxidation.

2. Maintenance points
Use the original Type-C cable to charge when charging, and avoid over-discharge (charge in time when the power is less than 20%). When stored for a long time, recharge to 50% every 2 months. Avoid high temperature exposure or low temperature (<0℃) environment to avoid damaging the life of the lithium battery. Check the tightness of the screws regularly and lubricate the folding joints to prevent jamming. Be sure to turn off the power before cleaning. Avoid rain or sandstorms when cleaning outdoors. If the fan is abnormally hot or makes unusual noises, stop using it immediately and contact after-sales service to avoid disassembling the circuit by yourself. Cover with a breathable dust cover after use (you can make your own with light gauze) to reduce dust adhesion.
