1. Daily cleaning process
Immediately cut off the power supply after using the Household Simple White Ice Crusher to avoid damage to the blade due to motor idling or accidental start-up. Wipe the surface with a dry soft cloth, paying attention to the residual ice residue on the ice outlet and the operation panel to prevent scaling or oxidation. If there are stains on the surface, wipe the machine with a soft cloth soaked in neutral detergent + warm water, and avoid using acidic, alkaline or abrasive detergents. When removing the blade, special tools are required. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush dipped in white vinegar or baking soda water to gently brush the blade gap to remove residual ice debris and mineral deposits. After cleaning, wipe it thoroughly to prevent rust. Avoid liquid from seeping into the motor compartment during cleaning. If water enters accidentally, it needs to be left for more than 48 hours to ensure that it is dry before powering on.
2. Maintenance of key components
Check the sharpness of the blade of the household simple white ice crusher. If the cutting efficiency decreases or jams, sandpaper can be used to grind along the blade at a 45° angle 2-3 times in one direction to restore the sharpness. It is recommended to apply food-grade silicone to the stainless steel blade to reduce the friction coefficient and prevent rust. After application, run it idle for 10 seconds to evenly distribute the lubricant. Check the belt tension every 3 months. If it is too loose, adjust the tension pulley. If it is too tight, it may accelerate the wear of the bearing. When it is not used for a long time, power it on and run it idle for 1 minute every month to prevent the motor rotor from deforming due to static.
3. Storage and safety specifications
When the household simple white ice crusher is stored for a long time, the ice storage box should be emptied and the blade should be removed. The motor compartment should be wrapped with plastic wrap to prevent moisture and placed in a cool and dry place to avoid direct sunlight. If it is stored for more than 3 months, a deoxidizer should be placed on the blade and screws to prevent oxidation of metal parts. It is prohibited to work continuously for more than 1 hour. It is recommended to stop and cool for 20 minutes after running for 50 minutes to extend the life of the motor.
